THE CHALLENGE:

Salon Hairapy, a family-owned salon specializing in healthy hair care for all textures, faced a critical visibility problem. Despite offering exceptional services and maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment, the salon struggled to reach new clients in the Boston metro area.The salon's Instagram presence was inconsistent—content was sporadic, posting times were unpredictable, and there was no cohesive strategy to convert non-followers into bookings. Growth was stagnant at 116 followers with an engagement rate that didn't reflect the quality of their work.
